An organization built on the belief that anything is possible.
Forever Different was established around a simple philosophy: meaningful change requires people willing to think beyond conventional boundaries.
To empower individuals, strengthen communities and create lasting opportunities through innovative, compassionate and forward-thinking initiatives.
We serve underserved communities through community development, violence prevention, education, athletics, mental wellness and affordable housing, and we work to receive, rehabilitate and develop donated or purchased properties and vacant land into homes, facilities and spaces where families can thrive.
We think differently because we believe the world can be different.
A world where every person has safe housing, quality education, mentorship, wellness resources and the support to reach their potential.
Limitless thinking. Purposeful action. Generational change.
Different is not just our name. It's our perspective.
Where others see abandoned buildings,
we see future homes.
Where others see vacant land,
we see thriving neighborhoods.
Where others see at-risk youth,
we see future leaders.
Where others see struggling communities,
we see untapped potential.
Where others see obstacles,
we see opportunities.
Our purpose is to be Forever Different.
Our leadership.

Our story: a nonprofit built on different thinking
Forever Different began with a simple conviction: abandoned buildings can become future homes, vacant land can become thriving neighborhoods, and at-risk young people can become future leaders. That perspective shapes every property we evaluate, every mentor we connect and every community event we host.
Our work is people-centered and sustainable. We partner with residents, local organizations and donors to improve housing, reduce violence, expand education and athletics, and strengthen mental wellness. Explore our programs or get involved today.
